Chateau Nova Kingsway

As one of the guest, I rented one of the banquet hall for my event. The staff were a great help through preparing everything before we even came. Not only that but the catering was honestly delightful and well thought out. When I was talking to my guest they just loved everything about it, the decor, catering, everything was perfect. It was a great hotel to rent and would definitely do another event again and highly recommend anyone else who is considering to do an event.

We stayed in the pet room with our two cats. Pleasantly surprised at how specious it was, with large sitting area, good sized kitchen, table and separate bedroom. The cats were soon settled in, which was important since our stay was for a week. The mandatory cleaning service after 3 days went ok , as they allowed me to organize a time that was convenient for my schedule and to get the cats secured. Comfy clean bed, nice bath etc. Overall it was a great stay during a stressful situation and the hotel staff were very flexible and accommodating.

I had an event here and had to stay a night at one of there rooms. Best to say that it was the most comfortable experience, the beds were cozy and warm as well as a spacious bathroom were I could put my belongings. In the morning when I woke up, the room was eloped with sunlight and very warm. This hotel is amazing and I would come back again for events and a hotel room.

I've stayed here many times over the years. The rooms are clean, quiet, and the staff are professional and friendly. The food on-site is delicious!

Receptionist was really friendly and helpful! Rooms could use some updating, but the bed was very comfy and the floor was quiet. Convenient for work related travel.

Rooms are clean, but getting tired. Some of the furniture could use repairs or replacing. Office chair back was broken, table edge was quite worn, lamp shades were are bent and broken, pillows were very lumpy, arm chair springs were gone. But the staff were friendly, bed were comfy, and rooms were spacious. Just need a little TLC and upgrading, and it will be a perfect oasis!

Last call is 10:30 ? Well this evening Thursday, February 5th ….when me n girlfriend came down , mind you we already went three times , each time they said last call was 10:30 , but tonight this guy said he already called last call was, Wasnt 10:30 …so be careful…their bar tenders lie , he shorted me on my winning too ….id advised no to the lounge! Go else where ! …..

This is a very nice hotel. Convient location. Close to royal Alex hospital, Kingsway mall and easy access. Helpful staff. Large wide halways. Clean quiet location.
